Slow roasted Prime Rib... While it lasts!
Our famous slow roasted, heavily marbled prime rib. Served with au jus and mashed potatoes and gravy. Order one of three ways: Dale's way (as it comes out of the oven). Dipped in au jus to take a bit of the pink away. Grilled on our grill (becomes more like a steak at this point).
